Conclusions

After interviewing Joshualynn Granda, our team began to analyze how AMC managed their information system that allows management to adjust the loyalty accounts of the loyal AMC Stubs members.  We came to the conclusion that AMC Theaters in connection with Kobie Marketing Solutions needs to implement changes in order to make future adjustments of customer's accounts more effectively.  AMC Theaters doesn't have front end cashiers to manually adjust member's accounts directly from the point of sale system.  If members need to make adjustments to their account, instead, they must go to guest services.  By having cashiers directly adjust member's accounts, it eliminates lines that form at guest service specifically for that reason.  Therefore, having cashiers who manually adjust those accounts would be the best solution.  In regards to Kobie Alchemy, we came to the conclusion that changing the $100 per month/four manual adjustments to member's accounts to $300 per month while still keeping the level of adjustments to a maximum.  We came to the conclusion that this will allow more points to be earned and guests will not have to wait as long to see their points.

Besides updating changes made in AMC's Stub Cards accounts, AMC does an excellent job at managing their information systems.  AMC continues to improve their products, services, and organization as time goes on.  They are committed to their customers and employees and plan to remain the leader in its industry.
